How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped USPS flat rate. Pricing may vary depending on the weight of your order.

 

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Allow up to 1-3 business day(s) for order processing and payment verification. 1-10 business days for domestic delivery. 10-15 business days for international shipping.

 

Is there a way to contact the company directly?

Can I cancel my order?

Due to expedited order processing and shipping, cancellations are not allowed after 30minutes of placing an order. If an order was placed in error, email  sales@huemanapparelcompany.com immediately to cancel. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

To maintain quality control, we exercise a NO REFUND policy.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Currently Hueman Apparel Company does not offer any discounts. Customers may subscribe to our mailing list to get the latest updates on sales and new merchandise as it occurs.

 

My order was place successfully, but why didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

During high traffic, there may be a delay in the delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email, please check your junk or spam folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number or the email used/attempted with your full name and we will resend your confirmation.
